This year sees the 105th anniversary of Harley-Davidson and the Ford and Harley–Davidson collaboration goes from strength to strength, this is the best version yet.
The truck is offered with the standard 300-hp 5.4L Triton V8 engine or by special order a supercharged version by Saleen producing 450 hp and 500 ft-lbs. of torque.
The 2008 F-150 HD is available as a Super Crew 4x2 or with all-wheel drive, the exterior colour choices are monochromatic black with custom striping or a new Black and Vintage Copper two-tone. Selecting this version gives you leather-trimmed seats which continue the Black and Copper colour theme and are accented by piano black trims on the centre console with a repeating pattern of Harley-Davison's famous bar-and-shield logo.
To an already high specification truck the Harley-Davidson Package adds:-
Wheel Lock Kit, power heated exterior mirrors, self-dimming rear view mirror, overhead rail storage system, sport tuned front and rear shock absorbers, unique Harley-Davidson fender and tailgate badges, unique rubber bed mat, limited slip w/3.73 axle ratio, power adjustable pedals, unique 22" x 9" polished forged aluminium wheels with P275/45VR22 BSW AS Pirelli tires, unique leather-trimmed captain's chairs, chrome billet-style grille with body colour surround, unique lower valence, unique side ground effects, flow-through console and floor shifter with unique black leather lid and shifter knob, black interior including hi-gloss instrument panel with unique cluster and serialization badging, unique spun-metal instrument cluster, black leather-wrapped steering wheel, blacked out headlamps, smoked tail lamps, body-side graphics with Harley-Davidson dimensional lettering, chromed steel cargo box tie down hooks, chrome twin-tip exhaust, unique ignition keys with Harley-Davidson logo on key ends, unique embossed leather owner's guide portfolio and windshield outlined with Harley-Davidson bar and shield graphics.
