| ENERISQ INTERNATIONAL, LLC ANNOUNCES GLOBAL AVAILABILITY OF OTIS ONLINE TANK INSPECTION SERVICE |

May 14 2008 -EnerisQ International, LLC announced today that it will represent OTIS (Oil Tank Inspection Service) services to its global base of energy industry customers effective immediately. This service allows for cleaning and inspection of storage tanks, to API standards, without the need to empty the tank and interrupt production operations. |

 A new robotic service, offered through one of EnerisQ International’s premier partners, cleans and inspects aboveground storage tanks (AST’s) containing oil products or sedimentation. Dr. Jerry V. Dollar, Chief Executive Officer of EnerisQ International, is quoted as stating, “This process is accomplished with the tanks in-service and full of product. The tank can be fully cleaned, partially cleaned, or not cleaned at all during inspections that satisfy API standard recommendations. The end result is a tremendous savings to the tank owner while greatly reducing the safety and environmental risks associated with conventional methods of cleaning and inspection.
OTIS – (Oil Tank Inspection System) is a robot that follows a digital inspection grid and collects up to 200,000 ultrasonic scans for computerized analysis. This model is used with light and middle distillates, containing 6 inches or less of sludge, with cleaning available as an option. Variations of the robotic service are available which allow for: refined distillates such as gasoline, heavier products such as light crude, tanks with excessive sludge, and automated robotic cleaning for out of service tanks.
EnerisQ utilizes partners that are highly experienced in providing conventional nondestructive testing services, advanced nondestructive testing services and specialty inspection services. The company’s clients benefit from the complimentary services and technical experience to improve productivity and maximize the effectiveness of their inspection budgets. All products and services are designed to be “non-disruptive” which allows for inspection, cleaning, and testing without having to shut down systems.
