In step one, a notice is served to tenants to underline the severity of the situation. Step two; our solicitors start proceedings against the tenant and a court date is set. Step three; if the tenant does not leave by the date set by the court, Landlord Action send in the court bailiffs to remove the tenant and reclaim the property for the client.”
Offering the best in landlord help anywhere, Landlord Action make it their business to get bad tenants out of private properties and even go as far as to chase for debt recovery afterwards.
