Both awards honored the creativity and professionalism exhibited by the company’s Web site, www.Ingenesis.org, and were presented at the 2008 Bronze Quill gala held recently in San Antonio, TX.
On behalf of InGenesis, President and Founder Veronica Edwards accepted an Award of Excellence won in the Electronic and Digital Communications category, Communication Skills division. It recognized all the outstanding elements of the Web site (e.g., content, graphics, functionality, alignment with business goals).
On behalf of In Genesis, PR Director Lisa Bastian accepted an Award of Merit won in the Writing category, Communications Skills division. It recognized the superior quality of the Web site’s content.
Open to all South Texas communicators, IABC/San Antonio’s Bronze Quill competition is a prestigious, annual awards program honoring the business communications achievements of individuals and their organizations. This year’s contest was judged by senior-level IABC communicators in South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana and Minnesota.
IABC/San Antonio (a former “International Chapter of the Year”) is one of the five Texas chapters of IABC, a global organization with 15,000 members. IABC communicators share ideas and best practices about employee communication, marketing/branding and measurement through 100 chapters located in over 70 nations.
