 New York City, NY, June 25, 2008 -- Americas Media Group Worldwide (AMGW), the worlds most eminent media buying and marketing agency for the worldwide real estate market, is proud to announce the promotion of Joseph DeLorenzo to Managing Director of Media in New York City. AMGW’s presence in New York has been consistent for the past three years and during that time they have continued representing only the finest developers in Manhattan such as Trump Soho, the William Beaver House by Andre’ Balazs, On Prospect Park by Richard Meier and now The Centurion by I.M. Pei.

William Beaver House, located above Wall Street at the corner of William and Beaver Streets, boasts 47 floors and is the first ultra-luxury condominium to go up in lower Manhattan’s financial district. With the second penthouse selling at a whopping $3,800 per sq. ft., Andre’ Balazs has said of the project, “We know the product is worth more than any in the area and the bottom line is that if the product is good, it will sell.”
On Prospect Park, a fifteen-story building designed by prize winning architect Richard Meier, is located in Brooklyn, New York in the heart of Grand Army Plaza at the gateway of Prospect Park. This 102 condominium residence includes home integrated technology systems and floor to ceiling solar performance glass walls.
The Centurion, designed by I.M. Pei whose credits include the famed glass pyramid in the Louvre Paris, is now designing a 48 condominium residence that will include teak floors, glass countertops, and terraces overlooking the city. The face of the structure will taper upward from a squared base through a series of gradual curves to a narrow top similar to a cascade of stones. This 17 story gem will be located on 33 West 56th Street.
Since 2006, apartment sales have shot up to 73.3 percent in New York City, making Manhattan very unique compared to other cities and economists of Columbia University have dubbed it the “Super Star City.”
