The lead engineer assigned to the task of over sighting the design and carrying out the construction of this incredible project informed us in this interview that the technology that CRDC and our teams are using for this project are state of the art. The quality of the Highlands project’s are amongst the best I have ever worked on and this comes from an engineer whom has worked on some of Costa Rica’s largest projects including Intel, Abbot Labs, the Four Seasons hotel and Juan Santa Maria the International airport in the nations capital.
