My Daily G is a fun, easy and effective tool to add vitality and consciousness to a person’s day. Every weekday, My Daily G distributes a short, positive, action-oriented text message directly to the user’s cell phone. Each original message incorporates humor and covers a variety of topics including: truth, appreciation, relationships, the importance of breath and many more.
My Daily G has chosen text messaging versus email in order to capture people during their day-to-day lives and make them aware of the moment. The intention is that this wonderful wisdom, which is rooted in common sense, becomes second nature and that users are able to stay “conscious“ throughout the day.
Frank Gjata (aka Frank G.), founder of My Daily G, is also a life coach, or as he puts it “a coach for conscious living“. Certified through The Hendricks Institute (Hendricks.com), Gjata helps people live more consciously through the practice of cultivating presence, authentic communication, speaking the truth and the breaking of old unconscious patterns. And he does it all with a refreshing sense of humor and, well, frankness, frankly.

The idea for My Daily G was born as a tool for Gjata to help his coaching clients, and it caught on fast.
