The publishers of the "SWISS BILLIONAIRES LIST" and the "BILLIONAIRES TELEPHONE DIRECTORY" have adopted a new "PURCHASERS QUALIFICATION POLICY" to govern decision making by the publishers. The new policy is as follows:
PURCHASERS QUALIFICATION POLICY
1) You must show proof that you own an "Incorporated Business".
2) You must present two (2) bank references.
3) You must show proof that you have a NET WORTH of $10 million or more.
4) You must undergo a "criminal background check" prior to purchase of any product. (At our expense).
5) Your name will be screened against an online "Homeland Security Watch List".
6) You are not a member of the Paparazzi.
7) Discrepant question exist.
8) Other qualifications may apply.
The new "PURCHASERS QUALIFICATION POLICY" goes into effect December, 1st, 2007. Some segments of the policy are allready in effect.
The new policy reflects a "STANDARD OF RESPONSIBILITY" obligation on the part of the publisher. And, the publisher would like to say the same is true about their "clientele".
