According to Maria Sanchez, spokesperson for WIM, the new publication will serve as a buying guide for companies worldwide seeking to purchase or import hand and power tools from Asian and Middle East exporters and suppliers.

Including but not limited to Hong Kong, India, Israel, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Vietnam, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Malaysia, China, Pakistan, Philippines, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Thailand, Singapore and Saudi Arabia.
"Asia is one of the world's leading producers of hand tools and is also becoming a leader in manufacturing power tools," says Frank Wallace, Business Director of WIM and Chief Editor of the company's Hand and Power Tools Directory. According to the 54-year old Wallace, China and India are not the only countries experiencing rapid industrial development, he believes other countries in the region appear to be mirroring what he defines as China's effective shift to a more government supported entrepreneurial system.
