EnvyPak uses reinforced welds to protect the contents and ensure the crispness of materials upon delivery. Closure options include permanent or reusable peel and stick adhesive seal closures and are also in compliance with traditional hot-melt automation and adhesive applications. The EnvyPak mailer is durable so it may be used and re-used for storage purposes and is 100% recyclable. Full color printing and custom manufacturing of size, material and adhesive is available to provide the exact product configuration required.
All EnvyPak clear poly products can be manufactured from biodegradable poly or PLA. USPS approved as poly mailers, bio poly EnvyPak offers the same high impact direct mail opportunity as the original EnvyPak poly mailers.
When safe packing for discs and graphics are required, Univenture’s U-1000 mailers provide a cost effective direct mail solution. Made of 100% recyclable, chemical resistant polypropylene, the U-1000 mailer can be easily and economically customized. The U-1000 mailer is also automation compliant with standard disc-insertion equipment.
