About the Book:
The book is titled “Solid Waste Rate Setting and Financing Guide”. It offers readers the guidelines and tools for analyzing their cost of services and the “how to” for designing rates for solid waste agencies. The book sells on line through the APWA’s national website for $20.00 for APWA members and $30.00 for non-members.
